Design, Technical, & Creative Operations Program Management
I'm a Program Management & Operations leader with 10+ years of experience crafting and driving the end-to-end product development process. I've launched and delivered products for Meta, Apple, Netflix, Nike, Twitter, Walmart, and various startups while leading operational strategy and process improvement for my partner teams.
I've led teams across Technical and UX Design Program Management in addition to Product Operations and Strategy & Operations. I have delivered products through every phase of the development process. On the operations side, I've scaled and optimized design, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams by building more effective and efficient tools, systems, and ways of working.

Meta | Boulder, Colorado (Remote)
Manager, Design Program Management Oct 2021 - Aug 2023
At Meta, I led a team of 7 direct reports (inclusive of 4 senior ICs) executing on high priority design initiatives across the Ads Product Group, focused on advertiser and creator experiences. This group was responsible for 85% of Meta’s annual revenue. I also led organizational development across the Ads product team, leading and delivering operational programs across all disciplines.
Contributed strategic outcomes as a member of the Ads UX Design Leadership team, collaborating regularly with Directors across disciplines on staffing and capacity, project priorities, best practices, team health, and more.
Expanded the Design Operations discipline by growing my direct team from 1 IC to 7 ICs in 6 months, ensuring that priority initiatives were well staffed and supported.
Developed, scaled, and drove adoption of a Design Operations roadmap for an organization of 30+ Design Program Managers that was implemented across the Ads UX Design organization, increasing efficiency of the product development process across Ads.
Built and launched a program to define and track roadmaps and input capacity planning for a Design team of 300+, enabling teams to appropriately staff and support priority initiatives and balance workload.
Managed multi-million-dollar operating expense budget for Ads Product Design, defining and tracking budgets for team engagement, contract and vendor SOWs, and learning and development.
Launched operational programs built around onboarding, team events and engagement, staffing, knowledge sharing, design process, and cross-functional working models.

Lead Design Program Manager Mar 2020 - Oct 2021
At Twitter, I led cross-functional strategy for end-to-end product development across Twitter’s Revenue organization, including Core Ads, Ad Formats, Developer API, and Developer Experience.
Executed and delivered product initiatives such as Developer Platform 2.0, updated Ad Formats, Ad Platform metrics, and Small Business (SMB) dashboards.
Co-created and established Flyway, a unified and cross-functional product development lifecycle process across the entire company. Drove execution and adoption of this agile lifecycle process across the entire product organization.
Established the DesignOps function at Twitter, establishing team programs, templates, and engagement models ensuring that the function could partner effectively across cross-functional product teams.
Created and maintained a centralized knowledge hub strategy, leading a cross-functional group to build site templates and a knowledge hierarchy.
Led internal programs such as Revenue all-hands for Design & Research, cross-functional leadership syncs, strategy sessions, working agreements, and more.

Senior Program Manager, Product Innovation Mar 2019 - Feb 2020
At Netflix, I managed delivery of product initiatives across the Interactive, Kids, and Personalization verticals in addition to the Web Platform. I led product launches by partnering with the product teams as the lead program manager while collaborating and supporting creative production strategy.
Drove and launched A/B tests and product launches including: The interactive film, Bandersnatch, Parental Controls, Autoplay Trailer on/off controls, Updated Web experience, Adaptive categories, and Personalized genres, key art imagery, and metadata (synopsis, credits, and categories).
Led cross-functional strategy and execution for end-to-end solutions across teams including Product Design, Engineering, Launch Strategy, Globalization, Metadata, and Creative Studio.
Communicated business context to Creative Production teams on behalf of Product Management and Design in order to empower and align teams on expected consumer experience.
Streamlined and optimized workflows across product development and creative production and scaled these solutions across partner teams.
Led internal programs such as Deep Dives on innovation projects, Regional Forums for overseas partners, Program Management Toolkits & Runbooks, and Lunch and Learns for stakeholders across the Product organization.

Lead Program Manager, Strategy & Operations Aug 2018 - Mar 2019
At Tonal, I wore many hats - scaling the product design team, building the product development process, establishing marketing and creative operations, and overseeing the launch of Tonal's flagship product.
Collaborated across Product, Product Design, Engineering, and the Go-to-market teams to build and implement product development process for the software releases of Tonal and the companion mobile app.
Partnered closely with product and executive leadership to define a product roadmap for Tonal - both for flagship product launch and 3-years into the future.
Optimized content production workflows that doubled unit production of guided workout content on Tonal.
Produced marketing campaigns and a website relaunch by managing multiple vendor and contractor relationships including photographers, editors, designers, copywriters, talent, a brand agency and a website development agency.
Built and implemented tools and workflows for product development (JIRA implementation), creative production (tracking brand and marketing campaigns in Asana), and resource management (budget & capacity tracking).

Senior Manager, Creative Production Aug 2016 - Jul 2018
At Apple, I managed a department of 30+ Content Producers spanning Interactive, Video, and Print asset creation for Apple’s marketing channels. I directly managed and mentored 3 Lead Content Producers and a cross-functional Integrated Team of 4 Content Producers, and led the full creative production department.
Managed and delivered launch campaigns for Apple product releases including: iPad Pro, iPhone 7, 8, and X; Apple Watch Series 2, AirPods, Macbook Pro and Macbook Air, and Apple TV.
Collaborated across partner teams and marketing leadership on resource management and allocation across all production teams.
Implemented organizational solutions by creating knowledge bases & updated templates, establishing better tool integration across teams, and optimizing creative production through more efficient tagging and asset management.
Built and drove adoption of workflow and process optimization and standardization - updating tools, templates, and more.
Led workshops to improve process workflows by holding retrospectives to define opportunities for improvement, using RACI methodology to identify and assign roles, and creating process maps to understand workflow bottlenecks.

Senior Technical Program Manager Nov 2014 - Aug 2016
At Walmart Labs (Ecommerce), I led strategy, execution, and delivery for the Sam’s Club Android and iOS mobile apps and mobile optimized Samsclub.com. I partnered and collaborated with Product, UX Design, Research, Engineering, QA, and Analytics.
Led execution and delivery of features such as: universal iOS app, in store check-in for online order pickup, easy reordering, app stability and optimization, and a curbside pickup pilot.
Collaborated with software, product, and analytics teams to optimize agile workflows by reconfiguring JIRA, creating knowledge bases, and automating processes using APIs across various tools.
Created dashboards and templates to optimize reporting, planning, & execution of new feature initiatives, app enhancements, and release management.

Senior Interactive Producer Jun 2012 - Oct 2014
At Nike, I produced the digital user experience for customers customizing apparel on NIKEiD - designing the step-by-step customization process and creating digital image renders of the product.
Owned and managed execution and delivery of the digital experience for NIKEiD customers across 3 categories - Soccer, Basketball, and Football.
Collaborated across a variety of teams, including Product Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail, to define and execute on annual product strategy and delivery.
Improved and optimized workflows for delivery - developing templates for shot lists, storyboards, and manufacturing builds.
Retouched and rendered product photography to create customization layers in the builder.
Partnered with a development vendor to build a proprietary CMS application and integrate NIKEiD into the Nike.com experience. Also worked with this vendor to create a Digital Retail customization experience at a Nike flagship store.
